Your tasks:

• Kitchen work:

As a hotel specialist, you not only know the menu by heart, but also help the kitchen staff prepare starters, salads and desserts in the kitchen. Responsible food handling and compliance with hygiene regulations are very important.

• Restaurant:

You know the menu and specialties of our restaurant inside out, advise guests on their choice of dishes and recommend the dish of the day or the right wines to go with it. You serve dishes, bring bills and cash up guests.

• Housekeeping:

Making beds, equipping bathrooms with toiletries or decorating hotel rooms. Housekeeping is also one of the areas of activity of a hotel specialist. The “A” and “O” here are cleanliness and service. That’s why thoroughness and polite manners are the most important factors you should bring with you.

• Reception / back office:

Carrying out check-ins and check-outs, providing information about the opening hours of the restaurant and wellness area or processing room bookings and emails – the typical tasks of a hotel specialist at reception or in the office.
