Your tasks:

• You welcome our guests
• You personally assist our guests with questions and requests
• You carry out check-ins and check-outs
• You accept and process reservations
• You support our service team in the in-house restaurant
• You organize events (weddings, seminars, etc.)

What we expect from you:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of hotel management
• Well-groomed appearance
• Polite manners
• High level of commitment and responsibility
• Absolute team player and reliability
• Very good knowledge of German
• Foreign languages are an advantage – especially English
