Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

Restaurant managers (m/f/d) run gastronomic establishments. They manage the restaurants and are responsible for ensuring that a restaurant operates efficiently and offers guests good customer service. Restaurant managers organize and optimize restaurant operations, train staff and coordinate restaurant activities.

Your tasks:

• You coordinate the entire service and ensure that the day-to-day running of the restaurant runs smoothly
• They are the linchpin of our restaurant. Whether as an eloquent contact person for our guests or as a confident leader of our restaurant team
• You play an active role in shaping the service area. They make recommendations for new hires in order to ensure good service and economically sensible staff scheduling.
• You are responsible for maintaining our high service standards
• You personally look after guests and take care of general organizational tasks

What we expect from you:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of hotel management or restaurant management
• Several years of professional experience
• Motivational skills (personnel management)
• Well-groomed appearance
• Polite manners
• High level of commitment and responsibility
• Absolute team player and reliability
• Very good knowledge of German and English. Other foreign languages are an advantage
